Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential at all times. 1233will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel, so never share it with anyone claiming to represent the platform. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify support right away. All activity carried out from your account is treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern in advance. Accurate Information and Updates
All information you provide during registration must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date throughout your membership. Permitted Use of the Platform

Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, operating third-party wagering services, or facilitating transactions on behalf of other individuals, is strictly forbidden. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, ensuring funds return to the verified account holder only. Conduct, Liability and Governing Rules

Limitation of Liability
1233 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as internet service disruptions in the Philippines. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1233 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform. 1233 is not responsible for the reliability or performance of third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or device hardware used to access the site. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display or erroneous credit of funds, 1233 reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected transactions. Changes to These Terms
